just look it up on the internet - its at weightlossforidiots.com. and it cost about $40 i think. my girl bought the membership and we share the diet generating software. You get to eat four times a day and its all preplanned

i don't have time to defend it, reply to this thread in any sort of debate, or dwell on this too much,etc.. Just one dude to another ...I'll tell you the facts so far. girl and I have been hitting the gym and not really losing weight. Getting stronger and feeling good... but no weight loss. she came home and told me she's going to do a diet she heard about from co-workers. she goes out buys all the food for the 11 days and I decide to join her since she usually cooks for me.

I lost 13 lbs in those 11 days, more than the site even suggested. She only lost 3 and she wasn't real happy bout that. My explanation for the whys?

I needed to lose more than her for sure. I was 6'7" 290 and due for a drop in weight.

I told a guy a work, he decided to try it and is having the same results as me. His wife has only dropped a few in the meantime. I am about to go back on it (after the holiday weekend) to see if I can lose more, so perhaps I'll repost in about 2-3 weeks with an update. I felt/feel healthy, was/am aware and alert, digestion was moving better than it has in years. you're supposed to take 3 days off and then go back to it. I have been off it about 10 days and I am still -10 lbs .

anyway... i sound like an advertisment. It's neither her nor there if you try it.. for what it's worth, it's working for me and I like how it make me feel overall.

ok, i guess i am going to reply to the thread - cause i perhaps made it more confusing than it is... for the $40 you are given entry to use an online diet generator. first you choose the foods from the list you like, then you click a button and the software generates an 11 day diet with 4 meals a day (very important) and you just stick to the rules. eat approx every 2.5 hrs and don't overeat. it's nice because if you not happy with the meal u have, u know u'll be eating soon after. you arrange the meals the way u like for the day so it's disciplined creativity.

foods to choose from b4 generating the 11 day plan include shrimp, some meats, chicken, fruits, vegetables. minimal bread and starches.

i don't know man - i'm no guru and i feel like i am pushing the site. i just know it worked very well for me on the first try. i lost 3lb in 2 days and just kept going

I lost 105 lbs--but I have plateaued and need an extra kicker to lose the final 15
